A new trip to the center of the mine to discover the astonishing adventure of the "Black Gueules" of the region and 130 years of coal mining in the heart of the VendÃ©e and Deux-Sevres bocage.
Today, 60 years after the closing of the last mine in Faymoreau, the new museum of the Mining Center takes you into history and takes you into the mine to tell you the story of these men who descended into the bowels of the Earth, to search coal, ''Black Gold'' of the time.
