Château de Béru
The château de Béru is an historical 12th centurry, Renaissance and 17th century mansion overlooking on of the most chamrming vine covered typical Chablis slopes. one can see a rare 15th century sun and moon calendar, a 12th century gate and a 13th century devecote with 1500 nesting-holes. since 1400 vines owned by teh counts of Beru : thier wines have all exquisite characteristics of Chablis : pale, yellow green colour, strong aroma, subtle flavours including the sistintive "flinty" taste, all in a strong wine whose fragrance stays in the mouth long after a sampling sip.
