Château de Bizy
At the gates of the city of Vernon, the Castle of Bizy, offers visitors the pleasure of discovering the charm of the park, with sculpted fountains (Neptune fountain, water staircase, fountain Gribouille, sea horses fountain, pond dolphins ...) and stables built in 1741, which earned him the nickname the "Versailles of Normandy."
Royal residence, the property has, among others, belonged to Louis XV, later to the Duke of Penthièvre and at last to the last King of the French, Louis-Philippe.
Refined interiors have memories of the First Empire, united by the descendants of the brothers Bonaparte and Marshal Suchet Dukes of Albufera. This parentage is still resident and owner of the castle.
