Chateau de la Motte is ideally located in Rumilly les Vaudes in Champagne-Ardenne a region of rolling hills, vast forests and Champagnevineyards, and few miles away from Burgundy Chablis, Irancy). The house is a five minute stroll from the center of the village Rumilly les Vaudes and it beautiful church, and a five minute drive from good restaurants and shops.
Built in the XVIth and XVIII th, it is owned by a family who rents the property few weeks per year, in order for its guests to discover the beautiful region of Champagne and to experience the French Art de Vivre.
The chateau is for exclusive use rental, all year long and can accommodate up to 17 persons comfortably, for a 3 nights minimum stay.
Nestled in the edge of a moat, the Chateau is surrounded by a park of 17 acres in which feature a heated outdoor swimming pool, a hard tennis court, a lake where to fish, and a river which flows along the boundary under the hundred-years-old trees. It is an invitation for relaxing and reflection.
