During July and August, chateau de Troussay is open daily from 10h00 to 18h30. in April, May, June and September, the chateau is open every day from 10:30 to 12:30 AM and 2 PM to 6 PM. In October, it is open weekends from 10:30 to 12:30 and 2 PM to half past 5 PM. For groups: from April to November, by appointment only.

Troussay Castle was built in 1450. The historian of the Loire Valley and the archaeologist Louis Saussaye friend of Prosper Merimee, integrate there valuable ancient decorative elements, from prestigious monuments of the Loire Valley abandoned.
