A new trip to the center of the mine to discover the astonishing adventure of the "Black Gueules" of the region and 130 years of coal mining in the heart of the Vendée and Deux-Sevres bocage.
Today, 60 years after the closing of the last mine in Faymoreau, the new museum of the Mining Center takes you into history and takes you into the mine to tell you the story of these men who descended into the bowels of the Earth, to search coal, ''Black Gold'' of the time.
Young and old, let yourself go and discover the brand new museum, exhibitions, the village of corons and incredible stained glass in the Chapel of minors.

From 03/09 to 04/11, Wednesday to Sunday from 14h to 18h30.
